Scope is the price.
We do not sell packages. We research the business, scope the work, put a figure on it in writing, then build it and look after it. Four steps, and you know where you stand at the end of each one.
Research first. Then a number.
- 01
Research & discovery
Before we quote anything, we look at the business properly: where enquiries come from now, what the current site does and does not do, who you are actually competing with, and what the work has to earn to be worth doing.
- 02
Scoped proposal
You get a written proposal covering what we are building, what it costs, what happens when, and what we need from you. One document, one figure, no packages to decode.
- 03
Build
We design and build it — fast, accessible, measured against real performance budgets rather than a screenshot. You see progress as it happens, not a reveal at the end.
- 04
Ongoing support
Launch is the start of the job. We host it, keep it fast and secure, and keep it earning — with a support arrangement scoped to what the build actually needs.
A number in writing, not a rate card.
Every project is priced on what it actually involves: how much of the work is design, how much is engineering, and how much has to integrate with systems you already run. You get one figure, in writing, before anything starts.
Larger custom software builds are phased and quoted stage by stage, so you are never committing the whole budget on day one. Ongoing support is quoted alongside the build, against what that build actually needs to stay fast, secure and current.
All figures are quoted excluding VAT at 20%. Everything is confirmed in writing before anything starts — nothing is charged on a handshake.
The obvious questions.
Start with the research.
