1. Services

Studio 72 provides web design, development, brand identity, and digital marketing services as described on studio72.dev and in individual project agreements.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable). Payment is due as per the agreed schedule — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Late payments may incur a reasonable interest charge.

3. Ownership & IP

Upon full payment, you own all custom design files, code, and assets created for your project. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images) remain subject to their respective terms.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately.

5. Free Mockup

The free homepage mockup is provided without obligation. You are under no pressure to proceed. If you choose not to go ahead, no payment is required.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studio 72's liability is limited to the total value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
